We recently expanded into LEADSPACE Digital, installing cutting-edge digital screens in apartments, gated communities, and premium residential areas, offering brands unmatched hyperlocal visibility.

We are now hiring Sales & Marketing professionals to fuel our growth and build long-term partnerships with businesses and communities.

Roles We Are Hiring For:

  • Sales & Marketing Executives (Entry to Mid-Level)
  • Acquisition Executives (Focus: Onboarding Apartment & Community Partners)
  • Sales Managers / Area Sales Managers (Experience Required)

Key Responsibilities:For Executives:

  • Identify, approach, and convert local businesses and brands for outdoor & digital advertising.
  • Pitch advertising solutions to potential clients across sectors: retail, real estate, healthcare, education, etc.
  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, networking, and online channels.
  • Develop relationships with apartment associations and gated communities for screen placements.
  • Support execution and ensure client satisfaction during campaign lifecycle.

For Managers:

  • Lead and mentor a team of executives to achieve sales targets.
  • Design local marketing strategies and client acquisition plans.
  • Build strategic partnerships with agencies and media buyers.
  • Track KPIs, forecast sales, and report regularly to leadership.
  • Oversee community acquisition and long-term partner retention.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
  • Prior experience in advertising, media, OOH, digital marketing, or real estate is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven with a result-oriented mindset.
  • For manager-level roles, team handling experience is required.
