Key Responsibilities1. Guest Reception & Service
- Greet guests warmly as they enter the bar/café.
- Guide guests to available seating or coordinate with the service team for table allocation.
- Provide menus, inform about specials, offers, or events.
- Handle guest inquiries in person and over the phone politely and professionally.
2. Reservations & Queue Management
- Manage table reservations and walk-ins.
- Maintain waiting lists during busy hours and communicate expected wait times.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth seating and guest flow.
3. Billing & Cash Handling
- Generate bills accurately through POS systems.
- Handle cash, card, and UPI payments securely.
- Provide receipts and verify transactions.
4. Customer Experience & Issue Resolution
- Respond to customer concerns politely and escalate issues to management if needed.
- Ensure all guests have a pleasant experience from entry to exit.
5. Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams regarding orders and special requests.
- Communicate guest feedback or complaints to the manager promptly.
6. Front Desk Administration
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception/front desk area.
- Update daily logs, reservation sheets, and MIS if required.
- Handle incoming calls and emails for inquiries or bookings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
