About the Role
We are looking for a charming, well-groomed, and customer-friendly Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our café & bar. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the confidence to handle guest interactions smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Handle front desk operations including guest check-in/check-out, table reservations, phone calls, and inquiries.
- Maintain a positive and friendly environment for guests.
- Guide customers through menu, offers, events, and seating arrangements.
- Coordinate with service staff, bar team, and kitchen team for smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception/front area.
- Manage billing support if required and assist in cashiering tasks.
- Resolve guest concerns or escalate to management when needed.
- Maintain guest records, feedback logs, and daily reports.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Pleasant personality with well-groomed and presentable appearance.
- Confident, polite, and customer-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge (billing systems, MS Office preferred).
- Prior experience as Receptionist / Front Desk Executive in hospitality will be an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and handle busy shifts.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
