Front Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome walk-in clients, visitors, and guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Manage the front desk area, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a well-organized reception space.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails, route them appropriately, and take accurate messages.
- Maintain appointment schedules for property viewings and coordinate meetings for sales/operations teams.
- Keep a record of visitors and manage basic client documentation (ID proofs, enquiry forms, etc.).
- Assist the sales and CRM teams with administrative support like data entry, printing brochures, etc.
- Coordinate with facility management and vendors for office upkeep (stationery, water, cleaning, etc.).
- Provide support in maintaining client databases and basic follow-up calls when required.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
- Presentable, courteous, and well-groomed personality
- Basic MS Office and email handling skills
- Multitasking ability and a proactive attitude
- Experience with real estate CRM tools (preferred)
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Prior front desk/receptionist experience in real estate/hospitality preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
