Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome walk-in clients, visitors, and guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Manage the front desk area, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a well-organized reception space.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails, route them appropriately, and take accurate messages.
  • Maintain appointment schedules for property viewings and coordinate meetings for sales/operations teams.
  • Keep a record of visitors and manage basic client documentation (ID proofs, enquiry forms, etc.).
  • Assist the sales and CRM teams with administrative support like data entry, printing brochures, etc.
  • Coordinate with facility management and vendors for office upkeep (stationery, water, cleaning, etc.).
  • Provide support in maintaining client databases and basic follow-up calls when required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
  • Presentable, courteous, and well-groomed personality
  • Basic MS Office and email handling skills
  • Multitasking ability and a proactive attitude
  • Experience with real estate CRM tools (preferred)

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Prior front desk/receptionist experience in real estate/hospitality preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
