Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and well-presented Front Office Executive to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and hands-on experience in handling calls, emails, and basic Excel work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and route incoming calls and emails professionally.
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests at the reception.
- Maintain front office operations, visitor logs, and daily records.
- Support the sales and admin teams with routine office coordination tasks.
- Prepare and maintain basic reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and welcoming.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Front Office Executive / Receptionist
- Job Timings : 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM + 6 days working
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Pleasant personality with a professional approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
