Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Executive located in the Mohali district. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for greeting clients professionally, managing appointments and schedules, handling phone inquiries, and supporting the overall customer experience. Additional responsibilities include administrative duties, maintaining the clinic's reception area, and offering assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism and a client-focused approach
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in receptionist duties, including appointment scheduling and record management
  • Proficiency in customer service and delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic administrative software is a plus
  • Relevant experience in the wellness, healthcare, or aesthetics industry is advantageous
