If you're someone who thrives on building high -performing sales teams and driving meaningful business impact – we want to hear from youWhat You'll Do Lead, inspire, and grow a team of Inside Sales Representatives and Team Leads to consistently crush sales targets.Own the lead conversion funnel – turning inbound interest into loyal customers.Design and execute short - and long -term sales strategies that directly impact our bottom line.Be the coach your team looks up to – holding 1:1s, driving performance reviews, and helping them level up.Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to align sales goals with company vision.Bring data to life – track metrics, identify trends, and steer the ship using real -time insights.Stay ahead of the curve on market trends, tech solutions, and the ever -evolving sales landscape.Prepare sales forecasts and reports, offering strategic recommendations to senior leadership.What We're Looking For:8+ years of experience in Inside Sales and Account Management.Hands -on expertise in the end -to -end sales cycle – from prospecting to closing.Strong background managing inbound sales or outbound sales teams.Proven success in hitting and exceeding sales goals.Solid knowledge of IT products/services – especially SaaS.Familiarity with CRMs, sales analytics, and data -driven decision -making.Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.High energy, highly accountable, and deeply customer -focused.Flexibility to work in a fast -paced, startup environment.
