About the Role:
As a Hospitality Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities within the hospitality industry. Your responsibilities will include building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their business outcomes.

About the Role:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other hospitality businesses.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure sales.

Sales Planning and Execution:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Collaboration and Coordination:

- Provide feedback on client preferences to refine product and service offerings.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
