Dorratrip is a dynamic travel community platform that connects travelers and offers unique experiences. We are seeking passionate Sales Executives to join our growing team and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by promoting and selling Dorratrip's services.
- **Lead Generation & Conversion**: Identify potential customers, initiate conversations, and convert leads into successful sales.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- **Sales Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to optimize sales campaigns and promotions.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
