Job Title: Ground Sales Executives

**Job Type**: Full Time (Contractual)

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Ground sales executive at our Booking Office. This person will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by interacting with customers, understanding their travel needs, and booking bus tickets. You will be the first point of contact for customers at our booking office, ensuring a smooth, friendly, and efficient service experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers at the booking office
- Book bus tickets for customers according to their preferences and schedules
- Process payments for tickets, ensuring accuracy in billing and ticket issuance
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs. Regularly report on sales performance,
- forecasts, and progress to the Sales Manager
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and promptly
- Maintain knowledge of the latest company promotions, schedules, and offers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations at the booking office

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Travel, or related fields is a plus
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or front-line support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (knowledge of billing systems is a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
