- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or support
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to make follow-up calls and manage customer queries professionally
- Must maintain a positive and helpful attitude over the phone
- Should be able to use basic CRM systems or call tracking sheets
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve customer concerns politely

**Beauty Sales Executive - 1 Female (1-2 Years Experience)**

**Job Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in beauty product sales or retail (cosmetics, skincare, personal care)
- Should have knowledge of makeup or skincare product categories
- Must be well-groomed, confident, and presentable
- Strong customer interaction and sales pitching skills
- Ability to explain product usage, benefits, and recommend suitable products
- Comfortable working with monthly sales targets and in-store promotions
- Prior experience in a beauty store, salon, or cosmetic counter preferred
