**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development**:
- Identify and generate leads for corporate events, weddings, and social gatherings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
**Operations & Event Execution**:
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless event execution.
- Assist in budgeting, logistics, and event planning.
- Ensure timely delivery of services as per client expectations.
- Oversee on-ground operations on event day, ensuring smooth execution.
- Handle any last-minute challenges or client requests efficiently.
**Client Servicing & Coordination**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns.
- Work closely with designers, decorators, caterers, and other service providers.
- Maintain records of client interactions, feedback, and improvements.
**Administrative & Reporting**:
- Maintain sales and operations reports for internal analysis.
- Track event expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates to senior management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or operations within the event industry (freshers with relevant internships can apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of event planning tools and CRM software.
- Passion for the events and wedding industry.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
