Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, oversee stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment of items.
Warehouse Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of the warehouse, ensuring that it meets safety and operational standards.
Damage Checks / Quality Checks: Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any damages or quality issues with products.
Shipping: Coordinate and manage the shipping process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Luxurious Packing of Items: Execute high-quality, luxurious packing of items to meet brand standards and enhance customer experience.
Visual Merchandising: Assist in the creation and implementation of visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
Photo-shoots: Organize and manage photo-shoots for products, ensuring that images align with brand aesthetics and marketing needs.
Client Queries and Sales: Handle client inquiries with professionalism, provide product information, and assist in closing sales at events.
Travel: Travel to other cities as needed, at least once a month, to oversee and support operations.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in inventory management and detailed quality checks.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes.
Familiarity with shipping logistics and procedures.
Experience with Excel and Google sheets.
Skills in visual merchandising and organizing photo-shoots.
Hands-on experience in handling client queries and driving sales.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to travel at least once a month to other cities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the luxury fashion is a plus.
Background in luxury or premium product management.
Familiarity with Zoho inventory management software for inventory and warehouse management.
