**Job Opening: Operations Executive**

We are seeking a motivated Operations Executive to join our team and gain hands-on experience in operational management. As an executive, you will assist in various operational tasks and projects to support our team and enhance our business processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Implement strategies to enhance client experience and maintain long-term relationships.
- Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure timely delivery of services/products to clients while maintaining quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that meet client requirements and expectations.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and take preventive measures to mitigate risks.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review, highlighting achievements and areas for optimization.
- Share insights and learnings with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Take corrective actions as needed to address non-compliance issues and improve overall quality.

**Requirements**:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.

**Education and Experience**:
B. Tech Degree (Electrical Engineering) or business related field

Prior experience in operational or managerial roles is a plus but not required.

**Work mode**:WFO

(10am 7pm)

**Working Days**: Monday - Saturday

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
