**Job Overview**: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of our organization. You will handle various operational tasks, manage logistics, support internal teams, and ensure operational processes are aligned with the company’s objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in business processes.
- Support senior management with strategic planning, process improvements, and performance analysis.
- Handle inventory control, order management, and supply chain operations to maintain product flow.
- Assist in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Monitor and improve operational processes for enhanced productivity and quality.
- Prepare and maintain regular operational reports, providing insights to management for decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, HR, finance, etc.) to streamline communication and improve workflows.
- Identify bottlenecks, suggest solutions, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, safety, and quality standards across all operations.
- Respond promptly to any operational issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in an operations or logistics role.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, supply chain, and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and process improvement.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with project management tools or software.
- Knowledge of industry-specific operations (e.g., manufacturing, retail, technology, etc.).
