**Flaviant Network Pvt.Ltd. is an ed-tech organisation catering to preparation needs of UPSC aspirants. Its headquarters is located in Gurugram. We provide online as well as offline courses to students preparing for IAS examinations.**

**Currently, we are looking for a well-organized and experienced operations executive to implement and monitor day to day operations across various departments. He/she will need to work closely with higher management to devise better strategies for smooth flow of all the operational activities in the organization across different locations.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **To be actively involved in course design, delivery deadlines and monitoring of quality of the course**:

- **To plan, implement, optimize and execute the short term and long-term operational goals for the organization.**:

- **To establish quick communication methods within the organization for dissemination of important information**:

- **To create and conduct regular quality checks to ensure correct information flow within the team members.**:

- **To synthesize the course details as per the plan for exact and timely delivery to the students.**:

- **To create a smooth process for sending communications to the students.**:

- **To update on weekly and monthly report on operational progress.**:

- **To suggest the management team for automation and skilled flow of day-to-day operations of the organization.**

**Skills**:

- **Master's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.**:

- **Hands on Experience in operations department. (Preferably from edtech)**:

- **Should be able to pay attention to detail**:

- **Must be able to work with cross-functional teams with a sense of cohesiveness**:

- **Excellent organizational and leadership qualities.**:

- **Knowledge of MS-Excel**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
