Account Executive (Full-Cycle Sales | SaaS)

Location: Coimbatore

Type: Full-time

We're looking for a high-performing Account Executive who's mastered the full sales cycle from cold outreach to closing deals and thrives in a fast-paced, product-led SaaS environment.

At Cartrabbit, we build powerful customer retention and lead-generation tools for global eCommerce brands. With 50,000+ customers worldwide, we're now scaling faster and you'll be at the forefront of our revenue engine.

This isn't your run-of-the-mill sales role. You'll be identifying high-value prospects, sparking the right conversations, and owning the deal till the finish line.

What You'll Be Doing

  • You will become a trusted salesperson to potential customers (that will include marketing agencies, marketers, or eCommerce store owners), have an ability to deeply understand their pains, needs and convincingly convey how Retainful can solve those pains and become a trusted partner.
  • You will strategically prospect into assigned accounts, leveraging email, calling, and social selling and develop multi-threaded deal strategies.
  • You will take ownership of conducting discovery calls, demo calls, and guiding prospects through the sales journey till closure.
  • You will be a full-cycle salesperson and will be responsible for generating 50% of your pipeline; another 50% pipeline will be provided by the marketing team.

Here's What We Want You to Dive Into

  • Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle, including account planning, lead qualification, negotiation, closing, and sales forecasting.
  • Customer Engagement and Growth: Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to facilitate sales and ensure long-term loyalty. Understand customer business needs and articulate how our solutions can drive their success.
  • Collaborative Sales Efforts: Engage with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Engineering, align on customer objectives and deliver a unified service approach.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 3–4 years of experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B software
  • Have closed at least $1M in total revenue in your sales career
  • Are highly competitive with a proven track record of over-achieving quota
  • Have experience in mid-market sales to the US market
  • Can drive cold calls and compelling product presentations
  • Are comfortable working EST hours (7 PM – 3 AM IST)
  • Are confident using HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or any major CRM + reporting tools

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have worked closely with founders or product teams
  • Have experience or awareness of the eCommerce SaaS landscape
