Account Executive B2B Sales Position
We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive specializing in B2B Sales to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-4 years of experience who are adept at using CRM systems and possess strong communication skills. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base, contributing directly to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential business clients, understanding their needs and proposing customized solutions.
- Maintain and manage relationships with existing clients while exploring opportunities for additional sales.
- Navigate through various CRM tools to track sales processes and client information effectively.
- Prepare detailed proposals and presentations tailored to the client's business requirements.
- Negotiate contracts with prospective clients in collaboration with other team members.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Provide feedback from clients to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
Required Skills
- Proficient in handling CRM software to organize, analyze, and operate customer data.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
- Ability to develop effective sales pitches and proposals tailored to individual client needs.
- Adept at negotiating contracts ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.
Secondary Skills
- Possess excellent communication skills, capable of engaging positively with a variety of stakeholders internally and externally.
