Job Description- Regional Sales Manager

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Lead sales team members to achieve overall sales targets for the company.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer/partner accounts
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers/partners.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
  • Building Collaboration and Alliances
  • Building Referral programs with influential companies
  • Building a strong network of key stakeholders in the region at Government/ Banking/ Large e commerce
  • companies/ Educational Institutions etc
  • Job Requirement
  • Overall experience of minimum 4+ years in software solution selling.
  • Experience in selling and managing E-Governance, and IT solution sales will be highly preferable.
  • B2B Sales
  • Experience in creating and managing channel sales.
  • Experience in working with Banks as a channel partner will be highly preferable.
  • Experience in creating and managing a high-performance sales team
  • . Experience in setting up processes, Standard Operating Procedures, and continuous performance appraisal through relevant metrics.
  • Strong communication and team management skills Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability to travel all over the assigned territory.
