Role Overview:

We are looking for a
dynamic Regional Manager
to drive
business growth, onboarding, and operations
across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in [region]. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
building relationships with coaching institutes, managing a local sales team, and ensuring high adoption of Quaero's platform
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the regional strategy to grow Quaero's presence and customer base.
  • Onboard new coaching institutes and individual teachers, demonstrating platform features and value.
  • Build and manage a
    local sales and operations team
    , providing training and mentorship.
  • Monitor performance metrics: onboarding numbers, customer satisfaction, retention rates.
  • Act as the
    face of Quaero
    in the region: attend events, meet coaching owners, and establish trust.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to adapt offerings for regional needs.
  • Collect feedback from institutes and students to help improve the platform.
  • Ensure
    regional revenue targets
    and growth KPIs are met.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in
    sales, business development, or operations
    , preferably in education or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of Tier 2/3 city dynamics and coaching institutes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.
