Position Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to lead the sales efforts in selling Softel IT Services to the client in the attainment of revenue, expense, profit, and client satisfaction objectives. This position is responsible for identifying all business opportunities within Govt. vertical and partnering with client representatives, engineers, other Softel team members and alliance partners to sell and deliver complete solutions and satisfy client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales
: Identify government and corporate prospects, generate leads, and drive sales opportunities. - Client Relationship Management
: Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and corporate decision-makers. - Proposals & Presentations
: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and responses to RFPs. - Sales Reporting
: Track sales activities, revenue forecasts, and customer interactions using CRM tools. - Collaboration
: Work with internal teams (technical, marketing) to ensure successful sales and delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Sales, or related field.
- Experience in hardware, IT, or software sales (preferably to government).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- System Integration background will be preferred.
