Position: Sales/Business Development Manager – US IT Staffing
Location: NX One Byte, TechZone 4, Near Gaur City, Greater Noida West
Work Mode: Onsite – Work from Office
Mode of Hire: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shifts (9 AM EST- 6 PM EST)
Interview Process: 3 Rounds of Interviews. The process will not take more than 4 to 5 business days.

Who You Are:
We're seeking a Business Development Manager with the following qualifications:
- Sales Trailblazer:
A proven track record of at least 02 years in the fiercely competitive US IT Staffing industry. - Client Relationship Maestro:
Ability to build and manage client relationships, particularly with Tier-1 Clients. - Tech Understanding:
A solid grasp of IT consulting for Business Development and Lead Generation in the US IT Staffing market. - Conversion Expertise:
Proven ability to convert submissions into interviews and successful placements. - Regulatory Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of US Work Visas (H1B, OPT, EAD, GC, and Citizens) and US Tax Terms (1099, W2, C2C). - Tech Tools Proficiency:
Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) like JobDiva, Monster, and Dice. - Communication Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Adaptability:
Comfortable with change in the dynamic US IT Staffing industry.
