. This is a dynamic and multi-faceted role that combines
HR support

corporate operations
. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a hands-on attitude, capable of wearing multiple hats and managing competing priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
HR Support
- Assist in recruitment coordination: scheduling interviews, posting job ads, and tracking candidates.
- Help with onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, IT access, orientation scheduling).
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, performance reviews, and benefits administration.
Accounts Support
- Coordinate with external accountants and finance teams on day-to-day bookkeeping.
- Process vendor invoices, reimbursements, and expense reports.
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and prepare basic financial summaries.
- Support monthly financial reporting and documentation for audits.
Executive Assistance
- Provide daily administrative support to senior leadership.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare presentations or reports.
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Corporate Operations
- Coordinate remote office support.
- Support internal communication and ensure smooth internal workflows.
- Liaise with vendors and external partners as needed.
- Assist with compliance, company filings, and policy implementation.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar multi-functional role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR/Finance tools (e.g., QuickBooks, BambooHR, Notion, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information.
- Startup or small team experience is a plus.
