Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction levels remain high.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, and service) to fulfill client requirements.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and records.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling company products/services.
  • Prepare and share reports on customer feedback and interactions.
  • Support the sales and marketing team in client retention activities and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and customer-oriented approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
