We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in Rajasthan & Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.

· Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives/Representatives to maximize performance.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.

· Drive secondary and tertiary sales through effective retail penetration and product visibility.

· Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.

· Ensure timely execution of sales promotions, schemes, and campaigns.

· Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports for management review.

· Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for smooth execution of business operations.

· Ensure proper market coverage with regular field visits across the assigned states.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred).

· 3–6 years of proven experience in sales management within the Cosmetics, Beauty, or Personal Care industry.

· Strong network and understanding of distributors, retailers, and modern trade in Rajasthan & Gujarat.

· Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.

· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned states.
