Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing sales activities within the assigned region. Day-to-day tasks will include developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, building customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and providing feedback to improve product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Strategic Planning: Experience in developing sales strategies and setting sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Strong skills in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Team Coordination: Ability to work cohesively with marketing and other internal teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Capable of providing feedback to improve product offerings and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Location: Willingness to work on-site in the Mohali district.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales.
