Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced
Office Administrators
to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our client's offices across East Africa.

The ideal candidates will have strong administrative management skills, excellent coordination abilities, and solid knowledge of
IT systems and office technology
. They will be responsible for ensuring efficient office operations, smooth communication, and proper support to management and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    day-to-day office administration
    , documentation, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate with various departments for staff support, logistics, and office requirements.
  • Oversee
    IT-related tasks
    , including basic troubleshooting, system coordination, and working with IT support teams.
  • Handle office supplies, procurement requests, travel arrangements, and facility management.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and administrative dashboards.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports, letters, and official correspondence.
  • Ensure all administrative processes run smoothly and align with company policies.
  • Liaise with management, project teams, and external agencies as required.
  • Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and smooth workflow across departments.
  • Support onboarding of new staff and visitors by arranging accommodation, logistics, and orientation.

Candidate Profile:

  • BBA / Degree in Business Administration
    (mandatory).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
    in office administration or corporate coordination roles.
  • Good understanding of
    basic IT operations
    , MS Office, and office communication systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills; English fluency required.
  • Ability to manage office operations independently and efficiently.
  • Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented work approach.
