Job Title: Office Administrator
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of office premises, ensuring a clean, organized, and professional environment.
- Coordinate with housekeeping teams to maintain hygiene and orderliness.
- Manage pantry stock, office assets, and ensure proper usage and replenishment.
- Procure and distribute office stationery, housekeeping materials, and related supplies.
- Arrange and serve daily meals or refreshments as required.
- Support internet marketing activities, including link-building tasks.
- Assist the HR team in administrative tasks such as printing resumes, sending emails, and coordinating recruitment activities.
- Ensure office opening and closing procedures are followed as per company standards.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repair, and service of office equipment.
- Manage contracts and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organise calendars, schedules, and meeting logistics.
- Handle day-to-day administrative and operational activities efficiently.
- File and maintain documents both digitally and in physical format.
- Support team members and ensure smooth workflow within office operations.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any field.
- Experience in corporate or administrative roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, Outlook, and other productivity tools.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
