Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory control.
- Coordinate facility management, housekeeping, and maintenance activities.
- Handle vendor management – sourcing, negotiation, and payments.
- Support HR and accounts departments with attendance, payroll inputs, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Supervise courier, dispatch, and inward/outward registers.
- Coordinate with head office (Delhi) for administrative reporting and approvals.
- Manage petty cash, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.
- Support in organizing meetings, company events, and other logistics.
- Maintain office records, contracts, and renewal schedules.
- Handle visitor management and front-desk coordination as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
