Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory control.
  • Coordinate facility management, housekeeping, and maintenance activities.
  • Handle vendor management – sourcing, negotiation, and payments.
  • Support HR and accounts departments with attendance, payroll inputs, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Supervise courier, dispatch, and inward/outward registers.
  • Coordinate with head office (Delhi) for administrative reporting and approvals.
  • Manage petty cash, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.
  • Support in organizing meetings, company events, and other logistics.
  • Maintain office records, contracts, and renewal schedules.
  • Handle visitor management and front-desk coordination as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
