Job Overview:
Maytri Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the CEO to manage schedules, meetings, and administrative support.
Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and handle phone calls/emails professionally.
Maintain office records, files, and documentation systematically.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Support HR & accounts team in basic administrative tasks.
Ensure office premises are well-maintained and organized.
Assist management with reports, presentations, and other tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Administration/Commerce).
1–3 years of experience as an Office Administrator, Receptionist, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Good organizational and time management skills.
