Experience Required
- Minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience in administrative or office management roles
- Two-wheeler is preferred
- Must be fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi
Roles & Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Oversee office infrastructure, equipment, and supplies.
- Supervise housekeeping, pantry, and security services.
Vendor & Asset Management
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers.
- Maintain records of company assets and ensure proper utilization.
Employee Support
- Manage attendance and coordinate with HR for leave and payroll data.
- Assist employees with travel bookings and accommodations.
- Support onboarding activities (ID cards, seating arrangements, system allocation).
- Coordinate employee transportation and routing.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain administrative files, documents, and statutory records.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
- Support audits related to administrative and facility functions.
Facilities & Events
- Oversee office maintenance, safety, and facility management.
- Organize company events, meetings, and internal gatherings.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, emergency preparedness, and health & safety norms.
Finance & Budgeting
- Track administrative expenses and prepare budget reports.
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and reimbursements with the accounts team.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in admin operations.
