Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Administrator located in Hyderabad. The Front Office Administrator will oversee the daily operations of the reception area, manage telephone and email inquiries, handle scheduling, and coordinate office supplies and maintenance. The role also includes welcoming visitors, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring the office environment remains organized and functional.
Qualifications
- Office administration skills, including record management, organizational skills, and document handling
- Proficiency in communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to handle scheduling and calendar management effectively
- Proficiency in using standard office software like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with a proactive attitude
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience in facility or office maintenance coordination would be an added advantage
- Educational qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred
