Pune-based dynamic and growth-oriented Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and market understanding.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Present products/services to potential customers in a professional and convincing manner.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role (2–3 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence in client-facing roles.
  • Must have good speaking skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Preferable background: Candidates with prior experience in telesales, business consultancy, or loan sector will be given priority.
