Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager-Inside Sales, located in Noida. The Assistant Manager-Inside Sales will be responsible for managing and nurturing sales leads, conducting market research, building customer relationships, and supporting the sales team. They will also handle inbound and outbound sales calls, provide detailed product information, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The role involves collaborating with different departments to meet sales targets and enhance the company's market presence.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales management, lead generation, and customer relationship management
- Ability to conduct market research and analysis
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the trade or import-export industry is a plus
