- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record in software sales with a minimum of 1 years of experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of software products and services
- Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales-related tools
- Willingness to travel and meet clients in various locations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
