**Responsibilities**:
**- Lead Generation**:
Proactively identify and qualify leads through various channels, including online portals, social media, networking events, and industry publications.
Utilize online lead generation tools and platforms to identify potential clients.
Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
**- Sales Process**:
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
**- Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
**- Market Knowledge**:
Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
Understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation.
**- Target Achievement**:
Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on cloud and software sales.
Proven track record of lead generation and sales target achievement.
Strong understanding of the IT industry and cloud computing concepts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
