Job Title: Enterprise Software Sales Executive Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Software Sales Executive with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within our enterprise software solutions portfolio. This role requires a strong understanding of the software industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise software market segment.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our software solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  5. Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
  7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  8. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience selling SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions.
  2. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
  3. Advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  4. Certifications in sales or relevant software technologies.
