About The Role
We're looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development & Sales Executive to expand our presence and boost overall sales for our lab-grown fine jewellery brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with clients, and creating strong sales channels across both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify, approach, and convert potential clients, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Create and manage sales pipelines, ensuring consistent lead generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare detailed sales reports for management.
  • Explore and establish new sales channels, including partnerships, pop-ups, and trade shows.
