As a Business Development Executive at NPR Design, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. Your proficiency in MS-Excel, spoken and written English, and email marketing skills will be essential in expanding our client base and increasing revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize MS-Excel to analyze market trends, track sales data, and identify potential business opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing, to pitch our services and negotiate deals.
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to reach out to potential clients and maintain relationships with existing ones. Prepare Sales Pitches & Present to prospects.
- Identify and research new business leads, networking opportunities, and industry events to expand our reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and materials that showcase our services and attract new clients.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to continuously improve our business development strategies.
- Execute HR Recruitment, Interview scheduling, Candidate Filtering & Team Management in the agency.
