Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Client Success & Business Development Manager. The role entails managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Support client onboarding and ensure smooth communication throughout engagements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance collaboration and drive business growth.
  • Assist in documentation and process support where needed.

Required Background:

  • Experience in
    market research, project management, or client-facing roles
    is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client interactions effectively.
  • Ability to work independently in a
    part-time/freelance setup
    .
  • Proactive mindset with an interest in supporting business growth initiatives.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
