We are looking for a client-focused experienced professional who can take ownership of
client success and strategic insights
. The role goes beyond customer support — it involves actively engaging with clients to gather feedback, conducting market research to identify trends, and providing actionable recommendations to strengthen our offerings and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a dedicated point of contact to ensure client satisfaction, engagement, and long-term success.
- Conduct structured feedback sessions and surveys to understand client needs, challenges, and expectations.
- Analyze client feedback and market research data to assess the effectiveness of current strategies and recommend improvements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine services, improve user experience, and align offerings with market demand.
- Track client engagement and prepare periodic reports with insights and action plans for management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field from a premier institution (e.g., IIM, Symbiosis).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in client success, customer engagement, or market research roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal), with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse, global client base.
