About the Role

Customer Success & Relationship Managers
. The role is critical to ensuring long-term client satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will be the key point of contact for our customers, helping them achieve success with our offerings, nurturing strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients, building trust and ensuring their long-term success.
- Understand client needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and proactive support.
- Drive client engagement by ensuring effective onboarding, adoption, and utilization of services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, product, and marketing) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by understanding customer requirements and business growth areas.
- Monitor customer satisfaction through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and data analysis.
- Resolve client concerns and escalations efficiently to maintain high retention levels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and relationship milestones in CRM tools.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of proven experience in Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or Client Servicing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build lasting relationships.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, MS Office/Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools.
