Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager based in Kolkata. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer relationships, and fostering customer retention. Daily tasks include providing technical support, helping customers with product adoption, analyzing customer data, and developing strategies to improve customer success and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Relationship Building skills
- Analytical Skills and abilities to analyze customer data for enhancing customer experiences
- Experience in Customer Retention strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical proficiency with SAAS products and solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus
