Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients to manage relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Understand client business goals and align Thynk Success marketing strategies to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, content, design, performance marketing) to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
- Develop client reports, highlight campaign results, and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular review meetings to analyze ROI, performance metrics, and recommend strategic improvements.
- Ensure client retention through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance client experience and improve service delivery processes.
- Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless and positive start.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in client management or account handling (preferably in digital/EdTech marketing).
- Strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and project management platforms.
