We are looking for an experienced office manager to manage all the administration aspects of Smart Loans & Conveyancing effectively and efficiently, ensuring we continue to grow in a sustainable and professional manner.

THE POSITION
- Work from home
- Monday to Friday 4:30am – 2:30pm To be logged on teams and available throughout the shift (though we're flexible - we understand you have a life: dropping kids off)
- Managing Administration & Support for our clients in Australia
- Answering & managing all incoming/outgoing phone calls
- Scheduling meetings with the specific team members, following up on deals & potential leads.
- Improving business efficiency and processes - we have heaps of amazing software and processes setup, but we are always looking on ways to be better : )

- Previously experienced with Finance business i.e. Broking, Stock Trading etc. (awesome + but not required)
