Administrative Assistant

**Role/Responsibilities**:
Utilize document management systems to maintain a structured and easily accessible record of documentation.
Facilitate effective communication within the organization and with clients, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary resources are in place and participants are informed in advance.
Capture comprehensive meeting notes, track action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure completion.
Provide general administrative assistance to various teams within Puyenpa, helping to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Assist with daily administrative tasks such as data entry and filing, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries promptly and ensuring a positive client experience.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions, upholding the company’s reputation and integrity.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines, demonstrating strong time management skills.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role or similar.
- Strong documentation management skills with proficiency in using document
management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
