Currently, it serves areas across Delhi NCR, Patna, and beyond, offering fast and efficient services at your fingertips.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Co-Founder role for Homeday, based in Gurugram. As a Co-Founder, you will play a key role in shaping the company's strategic vision and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing business strategies, analyzing market trends, building relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to critical decision-making processes. You will also be expected to invest 20-25 Lakh INR or contribute to 10% equity, aligning with our mission to redefine home and health services.

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify market trends, and make informed decisions
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and clients
  • Proven ability in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and acquire new customers
  • Research capabilities for identifying new opportunities and implementing innovative solutions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in startup environments or leadership roles
  • Financial acumen and ability to manage resources effectively
  • Prior experience in the home services or health sector is a plus
  • Passion for creating impactful and user-focused business solutions
