Currently serving areas like Delhi NCR and Patna, the app brings unmatched convenience to customers at their doorstep.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Co-founder role based in Gurugram. The Co-founder will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Homeday, contributing both financial investment (₹20-25 lakhs for 10% equity) and strategic vision. Key responsibilities include shaping the business strategy, spearheading sales and marketing initiatives, building partnerships, overseeing market research, and optimizing operational processes. As a key decision-maker, the selected candidate will collaborate closely with the founding team to guide the company to success.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical and Research skills to identify opportunities, evaluate data, and refine strategies
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective internal collaboration and external stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive customer acquisition and build the brand
  • Strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proven experience in driving business growth, especially in technology or service platforms, is a plus
  • Willingness to invest ₹20-25 lakhs and assume 10% equity ownership
