About Voorent

Voorent is a next-generation platform transforming how people rent, lease, and access products and assets. We're building a scalable ecosystem that connects consumers and businesses through smart rental solutions — making ownership optional and access effortless.

We're now looking for a
Co-founder
with deep business, fundraising, and strategic expertise to help us raise our next
₹3 Cr seed round
and lead the company toward rapid growth and market dominance.

What You'll Do

  • Fundraising Leadership:
  • Lead and execute fundraising strategy to raise ₹3 Cr from angels, micro-VCs, and institutional investors.
  • Build and manage investor relations, pitch decks, financial models, and due diligence processes.
  • Business Strategy & Growth:
  • Partner with the founding team to define and execute go-to-market strategies, partnerships, and revenue models.
  • Identify and pursue growth channels, B2B partnerships, and new market opportunities.
  • Operations & Scale:
  • Help set up scalable business processes, unit economics, and financial discipline to prepare for post-funding growth.
  • Vision & Leadership:
  • Shape the company vision, culture, and long-term roadmap as a core decision-maker and equity stakeholder.

Preferred Background

We are seeking a high-caliber entrepreneurial leader with:

  • Alumni from
    IIT / IIM
    or other top-tier institutions
  • Prior experience in
    VC / Private Equity / Investment Banking
    OR
  • A
    startup founder
    who has successfully
    raised capital, exited, or been acquired
  • Strong understanding of startup fundraising, valuation, and investor psychology
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
  • Passion for startups, marketplaces, and building from 0 to 1
