Role Overview

We're looking for a
Co-founder
to join our core team — a strategic partner who can drive
fundraising, operations, and scale
. The ideal candidate brings experience from
VC funds, startup investments
, or
furniture manufacturing and supply chain operations
.

This is a
founding-level role
with direct influence on the company's direction, operations, and growth roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fundraising & Strategy
    – Lead the upcoming
    ₹3 Cr fundraise
    , build investor relations, manage financial projections, and shape strategic direction.
  • Manufacturing & Supply Chain
    – Oversee sourcing, vendor development, and production efficiency for furniture and appliance categories.
  • Product Development
    – Work on new product lines, quality control, and design-to-market execution.
  • Partnerships & Growth
    – Build alliances with builders, coliving operators, and corporates for B2B expansion.
  • Operations Leadership
    – Scale logistics, installation, and maintenance processes efficiently.
  • Team Building
    – Hire and mentor early team members; create a culture of ownership and accountability.

Ideal Profile

  • Background in
    VC, investment, or startup fundraising
    , or
  • Hands-on experience in
    furniture manufacturing, sourcing, or D2C scaling
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    startup operations, unit economics, and business strategy
    .
  • Proven ability to raise or manage investor capital.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Education from
    IIT / IIM / ISB
    or equivalent institute preferred.

Compensation & Terms

  • Equity-based role
    with significant ownership and decision-making power.
  • No salary until the first fundraise of ₹3 Cr is completed.
  • Salary and additional benefits will be structured post-raise.
  • Opportunity to build a national urban living brand
    from the ground up alongside the founder.
